Amazing Weekend, Amazing Oppurtunity

Have you ever been somewhere that just blew you away? I'm talking about amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing food. Those places stick with you long after you leave, you tell your friends about it, you go back again and again. For me that is Chic-Fil-A, if you have not had Chic-Fil-A before I HIGHLY recommend it. I go there as often as I can and continue to take people there time and time again. If you don't know what Chic-Fil-A is, it is a "fast food" restaurant that has amazing chicken and amazing customer service. They do what they do very well and as a result, the word spreads through their customers like wild fire. Every time I go it's packed, every time. Chic-Fil-A is passionate about what they do, basically they are passionate about chicken. But I realized something, the time and attention they put in to what they do, is for a piece of chicken. Now imagine if we created the same environment and experience as Chic-Fil-A, but at church. Instead of chicken we have something far greater, we have hope for the hopeless, a love that is unconditional, and the answer to so many of life's problems- it's greater than a piece of chicken. So, how do we make this amazing "product" turn into an amazing experience? Well it's simple, by being the best at what we do every weekend, every handshake, every smile, every usher, every parking attendant, every KIC Check in personnel, every volunteer plays a part in cultivating an amazing experience. And if we do our part, I guarantee that God will do His. He specializes in changing lives! We have this AMAZING weekend coming up, and we also have an AMAZING opportunity to do our part, by inviting, by serving, and by praying that this weekend people leave and can't stop talking about the experience they had.

God Encounter Weekend
This weekend is going to be huge! Pastor is back and we have Damon Thompson with us Saturday Night and Sunday Night. Our campers and counselors will be back from CAMP13 on fire for God and ready to make the weekend even greater! Sunday Night will also be a special night for G4:2 students, we will be graduating the second years and launching them into their next season of life. All weekend long we will have attractions and fun for all of the kids with things such as: balloon animals, face painting, and otter pops! Be sure to bring the kids and even invite other families that you know so their kids and parents can experience an amazing weekend! This is a weekend you can't afford to miss so be ready to be impacted forever this weekend!

Volunteer of the Week:
Lisa Suazo (a.k.a. "The Suazonator") is AMAZING! She is constantly going above and beyond the "call of duty" on a weekly basis. Lisa will even come onto the campus during the week to the sanctuary seats, clean usher buckets, etc. Lisa has a heart to serve people and have others get connected on our campus! The usher team loves her and so do we! Thank you Lisa for always being excellent & desiring to see the Clovis campus go to another level!

"Lisa is go-getter! She's always willing to serve no matter what the task may be!" -Sherissa Scott.
